A few weeks ago I updated my website http://www.dot4design.net/. This is build with hosting Dot5 ( website builder). I paid about 110 US dollars ( with domain ) for the use of a website for 2 years. and I made him myself ( very easy for someone who is not a webmaster) with the "Drag and Drop Builder ". On the right side of the post you see the banner of "dot 5". If you click on the banner, then you see their website.
Also interesting is the banner " The best of Spain" on the right of the message. Click on the image.
